Rules

1. Parking Guests should try to park in front of the house or apartment in public parking. Consideration should be given to neighbors and their vehicles. 2. Shoes It is not permitted to wear shoes indoors. Shoes must be removed in the hallway when entering. 3. Smoking It is not permitted to smoke inside the unit. You must ensure that any cigarette butts are extinguished before throwing them in the fireproof bin outside. 4. Parties It is not permitted to hold parties in the unit. 5. Unregistered guests Guests or unregistered tenants are not permitted. The number of people in the apartment must correspond to the number of people the apartment is booked for. 6. Quiet time It must be quiet after 11 pm. 7. Dining in bedrooms It is not permitted to eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the kitchen or at the dining table. 8. Garbage Garbage is sorted according to the sorting plan in the kitchen. The sorting boxes are located outside the apartment. 9. Balcony Children should be supervised when on the balcony so that they cannot fall down. 10. Lights and electricity Remember to turn off lights and electronic items when you leave the apartment 11. Damage All damage must be reported immediately. Damage other than normal wear and tear must be replaced by the tenant. 12. Cups and dishes Must be put in the dishwasher. Follow the instructions posted in the kitchen.
