All of our Ponderosa properties are fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and convenient. You’ll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming capabilities (just log in with your own accounts), and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and dine, including utensils, pots and pans, glasses, plates, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Each property has a private bathroom with a shower, fresh towels and linens, and a washing machine in every unit. Most properties also include a dishwasher. You’ll find a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a starter supply of basic toiletries.

Since our rentals are self-catered, we provide a small welcome pack to get you started — typically including coffee, tea, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. After that, guests are expected to purchase any additional supplies they may need during their stay.

All units have heating, and some also have air conditioning. Every property includes a dining area and comfortable seating space.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you’d like an early check-in, feel free to ask — but please note that we can only confirm availability on the day of arrival, as it depends on whether we’ve had guests staying the night before and how much time we need for cleaning. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you if we can.

Narvik train station has luggage boxes if you need to temporary store your luggage. You can only use NOK coins on the boxes.

Early check-in can be requested through the guest guide we send after booking. It is subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
